Job Description

A Direct Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions, developing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and pitch company products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and scheduled meetings to generate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
