Looking for a Direct Sales Manager to recruit and manage a team of Advisors, drive sales growth, and achieve business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement various recruitment channels to build a high-performing team of Advisors.
• Work closely with Advisors to strategize, set goals, and review business performance.
• Drive and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain an optimal product sales mix while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular customer interactions to understand market trends and product demand.
• Handle customer inquiries effectively, ensuring service standards align with Life Insurance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate is compulsory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Age limit: 21 to 38 years.
