– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.

– Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors.
– Review often and establish new goals.
– Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Qualifications:
– Qualification : Graduate.
– Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales.
– Age : Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
