Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a high-performing sales team from the open market.
- Lead, mentor, and train the team to drive their success.
- Facilitate policy sales through the team to meet business goals.
- Strategize and bring in new business opportunities.
- Meet defined targets on a half-yearly and yearly basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (any industry).
- Must own a bike for local travel.
- Only local candidates will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
- Full-time, on-roll position with the company.
- Enjoy a five-day work week with weekends off.
