Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and build a high-performing sales team from the open market.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the team to drive their success.
  • Facilitate policy sales through the team to meet business goals.
  • Strategize and bring in new business opportunities.
  • Meet defined targets on a half-yearly and yearly basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (any industry).
  • Must own a bike for local travel.
  • Only local candidates will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
  • Full-time, on-roll position with the company.
  • Enjoy a five-day work week with weekends off.
