Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
• Explain insurance policies and tailor solutions to client needs
• Highlight policy benefits and provide accurate product information
• Schedule meetings and conduct personalized financial planning sessions
• Follow up daily with potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective relationship building

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
• 3+ years residing in the same location (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
