Job Summary:
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to lead and grow our direct sales business. You will be responsible for acquiring customers directly through field visits, digital leads, and walk-ins. This role involves managing a small team and driving consistent performance to meet monthly targets.

Generate business by directly approaching customers
Manage inbound and outbound customer leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
Share daily/weekly sales updates with the reporting manager
Ensure compliance with company processes and product guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream
2–5 years of experience in direct sales (insurance, finance, telecom, or retail preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
