Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0–₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage insurance agents.
- Drive business through the agency channel.
- Train and develop agents to achieve targets.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance.
- Conduct field visits and provide market support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good local market knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
