Job Summary:

We are seeking a goal-oriented Direct Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of direct sales executives. The role involves driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the direct sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
