Job Summary:
The candidate has to be responsible for managing the direct sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets through direct customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the direct sales team
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct field visits and support the team
- Train, motivate, and guide sales executives
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
