Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for leading the direct sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships through direct product promotion and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the direct sales team.
• Set and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Visit customers and close sales deals.
• Train and motivate sales executives.
• Track daily sales activities and prepare reports.
• Ensure good customer service and follow-ups.
• Identify new sales opportunities in the market.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
