Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for managing the direct sales team, driving customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team
- Drive sales through direct customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Train, guide, and motivate sales executives
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
- Prepare basic sales reports
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
