Role Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for managing the direct sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team
- Plan and execute direct sales strategies
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the team in closing deals and achieving targets
- Prepare reports on sales activities and results
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
