Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for leading a direct sales team, achieving sales targets, and growing business through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the direct sales team
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Plan daily and monthly sales activities
- Train and motivate sales executives
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain customer relationships
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
