Role Summary:
Responsible for driving direct sales by managing a sales team and acquiring customers through direct channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team
- Achieve sales targets through direct customer acquisition
- Plan and execute daily sales activities
- Support team members in closing deals
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
