Roles:

• Lead provided by the company you need to work on this lead and generate new leads.
• Help your customers during pre-and post-sales
• Give the right policy explanation of clients.
• Ensuring business through your prospective customers
• Convince the customer and sales insurance policy.
• Work collectively with Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or BFSI
• Experience in managing high-value clients is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
