Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Guwahati. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve maximum performance

  • Train and guide sales teams to improve performance

Criteria:

  • 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing
  • Graduated in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
