Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for leading the direct sales team to achieve sales targets. This role focuses on managing sales representatives, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the direct sales team
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Plan and execute direct sales strategies
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
