Job Summary:

The Direct Sales Manager – Insurance is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to drive direct sales of insurance products to individual customers. This role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, expanding customer reach, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales executives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Motivate and coach the team to maintain high levels of morale and productivity.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and underwriting teams to align sales with business goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the sales team to help refine products and strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records in CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales + minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
