Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales initiatives. This role involves driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating with the sales team to drive performance.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
