This role is for a Direct Sales Officer who enjoys coaching. You will be responsible for taking raw talent and turning them into professional Insurance Advisors through constant training, mentoring, and performance management in the Agency Channel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard individuals interested in a career in financial services.
• Deliver high-quality training on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Mentor new agents during their first 90 days to ensure early success.
• Simplify complex financial products for agents to explain to customers easily.
• Provide feedback loops to help agents improve their pitch and closing ratio.
• Create a culture of continuous learning within the agency unit.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must completed Graduation compulsory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
