Job Description

Job Summary:

As the Direct Sales Officer, the ideal candidate is responsible for  identifying, engaging, and converting the individual investors who resonate with our vision.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives in the assigned region.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback and training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive regional sales growth.
  • Analyze regional sales data and trends to inform business decisions.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
