Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Direct Sales to drive insurance and financial product sales through direct customer interactions. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets by meeting customers face-to-face and providing tailored solutions.
Job Role:
- Directly approach customers to sell life insurance/financial products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and self-sourcing.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process.
Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory).
- 2+ years of direct sales experience (BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-orientated.
