Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sit inside bank branch and pitch insurance products

• Approach walk-in customers and referrals

• Explain policy features and benefits

• Close sales and complete documentation

• Maintain daily activity tracker

• Achieve branch sales targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate (mandatory)

• 1 to 3 years of insurance or BFSI sales experience

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Comfortable working in branch environment

• Sales and service orientation
