Role Summary:

• We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our banking sales team as Direct Sales Representatives. In this role, you will directly connect with customers, explain banking solutions, and help them choose the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and meet potential customers face-to-face.
• Promote Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, and Loan products.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during account opening.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and willing to work on field sales.
