As Direct Sales Representative – BFSI, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Expand agency network through recruitment and onboarding.
- Build and manage relationships with agency partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct training sessions for agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
