A Direct Sales Representative – BFSI is an on-ground, client-facing sales role focused on directly selling banking, financial services, or insurance products to individual or corporate customers. This is a performance-driven role, typically involving fieldwork, cold-calling, lead generation, and relationship management—ideal for professionals who thrive in high-energy, target-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos and pitch features, benefits, and USPs effectively.
- Track and report daily sales activity, including leads generated and deals closed.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and assist with post-sales queries.
- Collect and verify KYC documents and other required paperwork accurately.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
