Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present products/services.
Client Acquisition: Convert leads into paying customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales or field sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is a plus.
Familiarity with the Nasik market is preferred.
