The Director of Life Insurance Sales will lead the overall sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage regional or national sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute national/regional sales strategies for life insurance
- Lead and manage zonal/territory sales heads and large sales teams
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of senior sales leaders
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
