To enhance and expand our Agency Channel, we aim to recruit a dynamic and adaptable Director Of Sales Executive.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential agents to build a robust sales team.
- Lead your field sales team with strong leadership and motivation.
- Maintain open and regular communication with agents to address concerns and provide support.
- Share market insights with agents to help them tailor their sales strategies effectively.
- To increase productivity, track agent performance and give frequent feedback.
- Ensure agents are up-to-date with new policies, products, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
