We are hiring a Distribution Development Manager to drive business growth by expanding and managing our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a knack for identifying, developing, and supporting channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
Key Skills:
- Identify and onboard new distribution partner
- Train and mentor partners to boost sales effectiveness
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of targets
- Build strong relationships to drive partner engagement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in insurance or BFSI)
