Responsibilities:

– Promote bank products like savings, loans, and credit cards

– Build rapport with existing clients for upselling

– Achieve assigned branch targets and ensure service excellence

– Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

– Support lead generation through referrals and local outreach

Qualifications:

– Graduate from any stream (Commerce preferred)

– Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or sales roles in BFSI

– Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills

– Basic knowledge of banking services and documentation

– Local candidates with good communication in regional language preferred
