About the Role: 
The Distribution Sales Manager will manage the sales distribution network, develop key strategies for market penetration, and ensure effective client servicing within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage distribution channels and build strong networks to drive sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for market growth and penetration.
• Foster relationships with distributors and key clients for sustained growth.
• Monitor sales activities and report progress to stakeholders.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2+ years of experience in managing sales distribution or channel sales.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.
• Age: 21-38 years.
  Compensation: 
• ₹2.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
