Job Description
The Enterprise Development Manager drives growth by identifying, engaging, and securing enterprise-level clients. They manage the full sales cycle, develop tailored strategies, and maintain long-term partnerships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue enterprise prospects to expand business opportunities.
-Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, and deal closure.
-Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions.
-Track sales metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
-1+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
