Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• – Develop and manage channel partner relationships
• – Drive business through agency/distributor/partner network
• – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• – Conduct regular field visits and partner meeting
• – Monitor channel performance and resolve issues

Requirements:

• – Strong sales background in BFSI/Insurance
• – Excellent communication and partner management skills
• – Ability to handle fieldwork independently
• – Knowledge of the Rajasthan market preferred
