Job Description
A Channel Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for selling insurance products directly to customers without intermediaries like agents or brokers. This is a frontline, target-driven role that focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting insurance plans, and closing sales through personal interaction-often in the field or at retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for renewals and additional policies.
- Handle objections and negotiate with clients when required.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, events, and referrals.
- Report progress to the sales manager or team leader.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
