Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal applicant will be responsible for growing market share, acquiring new customers, and meeting sales targets within a certain territory. A lot of field work, building trustworthy relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the advantages of our life insurance products are all necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

·         To ensure long-term loyalty, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.

·         Reach and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

·         Adhere to the company’s sales and compliance regulations.

·         Provide accurate and on-time sales predictions and reporting.

·         Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

·         Strong presenting and negotiating skills.

·         Results-driven and driven by oneself

·         Age: 21 to 38

·         Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing

·         Must have local candidate
