Job Summary:
The Executive – Sales in the BFSI Insurance sector is responsible for promoting and selling life, insurance products to individual or corporate customers. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to close sales.
- Attend sales meetings, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual consultations with clients.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, upgrades, and claim processes when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
