The Executive Sales Manager is in charge of managing a group of agents, making sure they fulfill sales goals, deliver first-rate customer care, and support the agency’s overall performance. Managing sales performance, maintaining compliance, and promoting company expansion are all part of this job.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of agents to meet sales goals.
- Establish and track the agency’s sales goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by attending to client concerns and resolving problems.
- Supervise advertising campaigns and marketing projects to increase sales.
- Verify compliance with legal and corporate regulations.
- Agent performance is monitored, coaching is given, and constructive criticism is given.
- Send senior management performance reports on a regular basis.
- Create and put into action plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
