- Monitor sales data and refine approaches based on performance insights.
- Identify new business opportunities within the insurance market.
- Offer continuous coaching to agents to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or channel management.
- Proven success in building and managing sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with agents and clients.
