The Executive Sales Manager is tasked with strengthening the insurance distribution channel by recruiting and guiding agents to maximize policy sales and ensure long-term business growth in an assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Onboard talented agents and provide comprehensive training on insurance offerings.
  • Formulate channel-specific strategies to boost policy penetration.
  • Monitor sales data and refine approaches based on performance insights.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the insurance market.
  • Offer continuous coaching to agents to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or channel management.
  • Proven success in building and managing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with agents and clients.
