The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of a regional sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and adherence to company protocols. This role combines leadership with strategic planning to fuel growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and upskill agents to form a high-impact sales team.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Guide and motivate agents through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and competitor tactics to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal units to optimize agent support and resources.
  • Enforce compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or team management.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth-oriented strategies.
