Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and upskill agents to form a high-impact sales team.
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Guide and motivate agents through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
- Evaluate market dynamics and competitor tactics to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal units to optimize agent support and resources.
- Enforce compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or team management.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and execute growth-oriented strategies.
