Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves field-based sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to acquire new clients and promote products/services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Collect market feedback and report customer needs to the team
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
