Field Agency Channel Executive
OVERVIEW:
The Field Agency Channel Executive is responsible for managing and growing insurance sales through the field agency network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
- Conduct in-field training to enhance agent knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist agents with sales strategies, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Track agent sales, provide feedback, and ensure targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and maximize sales.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Gather market insights to inform product and sales strategies.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
