Field Agency Channel Executive

OVERVIEW:

The Field Agency Channel Executive is responsible for managing and growing insurance sales through the field agency network.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attract and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
  • Conduct in-field training to enhance agent knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist agents with sales strategies, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Track agent sales, provide feedback, and ensure targets are met.
  • Build strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and maximize sales.
  • Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Gather market insights to inform product and sales strategies.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
