Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Channel Catalyst to support and energize our agency channel by driving sales, building strong relationships, and improving performance in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop channel partners (advisors/agents)
• Guide partners in achieving their sales targets
• Promote life insurance products through the agency channel
• Conduct field visits and provide on-ground support
• Track sales performance and report progress regularly
