We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate business, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets through on-ground activities. The role involves regular field visits, relationship building, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned territory
Promote and sell company products/services
Generate new leads and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Maintain daily sales activity reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-driven personality
Willingness to travel extensively

Salary & Benefits:
