Job Description
The Field Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for directly interacting with potential customers, promoting insurance products, and driving sales through field visits and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit leads and prospects to pitch insurance plans
- Explain product benefits and policy terms clearly
- Follow up on inquiries and close sales
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–2 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must be comfortable working on the field
