Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Executive Manager to lead and supervise field operations, manage a team of field executives, and ensure smooth execution of sales, service, or operational activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of field executives
• Plan and assign daily tasks and targets
• Monitor field activities and ensure timely completion
• Visit field locations to supervise and support the team
• Resolve on-ground issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate reports of daily fieldwork and team performance
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
