Field Manager – Sales – Insurance

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales reps to meet sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the designated territory.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct field visits to evaluate team performance and engage with customers.
Provide coaching and support to the sales team for improved results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in field sales, with 1+ years in BFSI.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
