Field Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales activities on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Visit potential customers, retail outlets, dealers, or distributors to promote products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, roadshows, and sampling activities.
• Generate quality leads and hand them over to the sales team for conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local partners.
• Maintain daily reports on activities, leads generated, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree is must
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with extensive local travel and outdoor work
• Energetic, persuasive, and confident personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
