Channel: Agency Sales
Compensation: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives and other benefits

Job Description: 
As a Field Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate the field sales team to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for strategizing sales initiatives, monitoring performance, and mentoring the team to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and mentor field sales agents and ensure their adherence to processes.
Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and training.
Conduct regular market visits to support agents and gather insights.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related fields.
1-2+ years of experience in field sales or operations management within BFSI.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
