Job Description

Job Summary:
The Field Partnership Advisor builds and maintains strong relationships with partners in the field, supports business development initiatives, and ensures alignment with company goals. This role involves regular travel, partner engagement, and strategic support to drive growth and performance across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new partnership opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Achieve set sales targets and monitor key performance metrics across channels.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of channel managers, regional sales leads, and field teams.
• Negotiate terms and manage agreements with external partners and collaborators.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing..
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
